Match Preview: Llandudno FC vs Cefn Druids

A big test tomorrow night for Neil Ashton’s side as we make the trip to Llandudno FC.

Coming off back-to-back wins in the league, Druids are looking forward to a big test tomorrow night as we play an unbeaten Llandudno side at the OPS Wind Arena. Our opponents began their campaign with a thrilling 2-2 draw with Colwyn Bay before back-to-back wins against Holywell and Conwy Borough. They have looked a solid outfit early on and are eyeing a return to the Cymru Premier.

Druids come into this game off a fine 2-0 win against Holyhead last Saturday in scorching heat at The Rock. The lads are looking more and more confident and continue to gel as a relatively new squad. We were happy to have new signings Charlie McMahon and Adam Stephens in the side and hope to have a few more finalised by the weekend. We would also like to welcome Josh Beamond who joins us on loan for the season from The New Saints. The winger went straight into the starting 11 against Holyhead and played the full 90 minutes, showing straight away that he will be a great addition to the squad.

It is looking to be a great game tomorrow night under the lights. The lads are looking forward to it and would love your support! It will be a big test for Neil Ashton and his side, against a team aiming for promotion come the end of the season. Kickoff is 7:30 pm.

Come on you Druids!
