Good decision making
Pro-active rather than re- active defensively
Strong/dominant in the air
Excellent fitness level
Centre Half:
Good defending 1-v-1
Positioning
Physically strong and aggressive
Dominant in the air
Comfortable on the ball – range of pass
Confident strong character – leadership

Central Midfielders:
Athletic
Good decision making

Good in transition of play

Ability to score goals
Wide Forwards:
Good decision making
Ability to go past players
Quick and explosive
