Covid Compliance to hire The Rock Stadium

At “The Rock” we are immensely proud to say that we have the achievement of remaining Covid free at our site. In order to maintain this achievement, we ask that all persons wishing to hire “The Rock Stadium” must comply with our legal requirements and that of the Welsh Government.

The list is extensive but has been simplified for the purpose of this document.

All persons/ Clubs wishing to hire “The Rock Stadium” for training or match fixtures MUST comply with ALL requirements listed below:

  1. There is a strict NON-NEGOTIABLE maximum limit of 1000 persons within the footprint of the Stadium.
  2. All persons using the facilities should have a 14-day record of COVID-19 compliance, via Health Questionnaire, either paper or electronic which may be requested on the day of your training session or match fixture.
  3. All persons attending must register their attendance using the Cefn Druids and NHS Track and Trace systems.
  4. All persons attending must be temperature checked and details recorded (including telephone number) – as per FAW guidance.
  5. Your COVID compliance documentation including Risk Assessment and safety protocols must be submitted to the ground prior to arrival (preferably 24 hours before, so that non-conformances may be addressed.
  6. Your COVID Protection Officer should attend at the time of arrival and stay for the duration and end of session to ensure that relevant paper trails are completed and compliant.
  7. The Stadium is able to accommodate “closed door” sessions, i.e. first team training and fixtures, with no spectators as well as league fixtures but only if all Tier One protocols are fulfilled.
  8. The Stadium must be vacated and left in the same condition i.e. your rubbish and kit MUST be disposed of correctly in the bins provided and kit removed from the premises.
  9. The Stadium will be sanitised prior to your arrival and at the end of your session.
  10. Sanitiser and disinfectant must be used to decontaminate balls, cones etc. this must be used to maintain hygiene standards and supplied by the hirer.
  11. The Stand, changing rooms, physio room are closed for training sessions but will be available for league fixtures and so it is beneficial to ask all attendees to come dressed ready.
  12. Any damage to the stadium structure or problems arising must be reported to Stadium Management within 24 hours.
  13. All damages must be paid for by the Hirer, proof of insurance must be received at the time of booking.
