Everyone associated with Cefn Druids FC, will have a sense of pride in the achievements of the Club and will co-operate and work together to establish a modern, forward-thinking (avant-garde) culture to ensure the future success of the Club’s players and teams.
The Club will drive and implement progressive initiatives over the next 5 years where individual talent can flourish and the success of its teams can be ensured. In so doing it will adopt a holistic approach when dealing with all matters relating to players, coaches, staff and parents. It will strive to increase participation at all levels.
