Cefn Druids reveal their new look Academy coaching line-up as Jamie Reed takes the Under 19 job.

The Druids have spent the last ten weeks restructuring the club and, starting with the academy, looking towards the future and the development of their players.

As part of a shake-up behind the scenes, Jamie Reed will combine his strikers duties with heading the U19s side with the sole remit of bringing players into the first team and working with the players in the new scholarship programme.

Paul Allman takes on the U23s who will play in the Reserves and will be the finishing school for young players on the verge of regular first team action.

Shaun Colley takes on the U16s and this all important role will be where the club makes the decision on who to invite onto the three year scholarship programme. Jake Massey will head the U15s and work alongside Colley and Leighton Edwards with the U16s.

Chris Allen and Ian Andrews take on the U14s with James Colley overseeing the U13s. The vastly experienced Geoff Williams heads the U12s and Billy Reeves moves up to take on the U11s with Craig Couzens. Rob Hughes heads the U10/9s in the new Pre-Academy system and the club are looking for assistants to help with the new academy regulations imposed by the FAW this week.

Clive Davies is the newly appointed Head of Goalkeeping and will oversee all the training and be heavily involved in all the training and recruitment of the clubs goalkeepers from U8s to the first team.

We would like to thank all the coaches, past and present, for the considerable amount of work and dedication they put in to help the players.
